This building was constructed by the French and was recorded in the records of the Republic of Turkey in 1932.
In those years, the first recorded owners of this building, which was used as a house, were Petro's son İstavri and his wife Katerina H. The building, purchased by Kazım Sadıkoğlu in 1995, remained idle for a while and was then restored and renovated by his son Cemal Sadıkoğlu in 2004.
Currently, this historic building is serving as a boutique hostel to esteemed customers under the ownership of Koray Sadıkoğlu, son of Cemal Sadıkoğlu.
